Erin Taylor Cooper is Head of Growth at Wholechain, helping food, seafood, pet food, and retail supply chains implement practical, standards-based traceability programs that meet regulatory, buyer, and market demands. With over a decade in traceability, sustainability, and responsible sourcing, she's worked with global brands and suppliers, including ALDI, Albertsons, Wegmans, Mars Petcare, Thai Union, Iberostar, Gorton's, and Sea Pact to turn complex supply chain goals into actionable strategies. Before Wholechain, Erin was Deputy Chief of Party for FishWise's USAID-funded Seafood Alliance for Legality and Traceability. She brings a systems-level, implementation-focused lens to help companies build traceability programs that support compliance, transparency, and long-term business value.
