We are seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to drive strategic relationships with key stakeholders at enterprise customer organizations, serving as a trusted advisor on traceability and supply chain transparency. This role is pivotal to Wholechain’s mission of building more transparent and responsible supply chains through blockchain-based traceability solutions. As the primary point of contact for enterprise customers, the Enterprise Account Manager will lead onboarding, adoption, and long-term value realization, ensuring customers maximize the impact of Wholechain’s technology. Acting as a bridge between customers, sales, and product teams, they will identify opportunities for account expansion and retention, driving measurable business value and deepening customer engagement.
Marketing designer
We are seeking a Marketing Designer to shape the Wholechain visual identity and brand messaging across communication channels. This role is critical to Wholechain’s mission of building more transparent and responsible supply chains through blockchain-based traceability solutions. The Marketing Designer will be responsible for crafting compelling visual narratives that engage our audience, strengthen our brand, and support marketing initiatives. Customer Success Specialist
We are seeking a Customer Success Specialist to assist with client needs, expand our traceability compliance knowledge-base, and assist with the day-to-day improvement of the Wholechain platform as we continue to grow and expand into new markets. The right candidate is highly organized, self-starting, systems-thinking while remaining detail oriented, and a great communicator who engenders trust and reliability in themselves for clients. They are known to others for their constancy in rising to meet the challenge, regardless of their experience or direct knowledge of the subject matter. They do this by planning and working ahead, maintaining curiosity, developing a personal knowledge base of relative subjects, and carefully tracking the progress of individual projects.
