Senior Frontend React Engineer (Product & Design Collaboration)
We are seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer specializing in React who will contribute not only to implementation, but also to product and design decisions. This role works at the intersection of engineering, UX, and product development. The ideal candidate can translate complex problems into requirements, intuitive user experiences, and collaborate cross-functionally to shape how the product functions and feels.

Responsibilities
Contribute to interaction design, usability, and overall UX quality
Build and maintain scalable frontend applications using React and TypeScript
Partner with product managers and designers on discovery, planning, and feature delivery
Maintain and evolve a design system and reusable component library
Collaborate with backend engineers on API design and integration
Improve application performance, accessibility, and responsiveness
Lead frontend best practices and architectural patterns
Define and uphold frontend quality standards, including automated testing
Own frontend behavior in production, including debugging and incident response

Technical Stack
React (modern patterns and hooks)
TypeScript
State management libraries (e.g., React Query, Zustand, Redux)
Component libraries or design systems (e.g., Ant Design, MUI, or custom systems)
REST APIs
Modern tooling (Vite, ESLint, Biome, etc.)
Qualifications
5+ years of experience developing and maintaining frontend applications in a professional setting
Professional experience building production React applications
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles
Ability to work through ambiguous requirements and shape usable solutions
Comfortable participating in design discussions and giving feedback
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Attention to detail and focus on quality
Preferred Qualifications
Experience contributing to a design system
Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG)
